TailorMyTripMexico (“we,” “us”) provides a digital travel planning product: software-generated, personalized itinerary content and recommendations focused on Playa del Carmen, Mexico, using curated data and automation. We are not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, or activity provider in the traditional sense; we sell digital planning content and access, not physical goods or guaranteed bookings at third-party venues.
2. Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate information when using our service. Where an account or email is required to deliver your purchase, you are responsible for keeping that information current.
3. Digital nature of the product
Your purchase grants digital access to itinerary content and related recommendations. Delivery is electronic. No physical product is shipped. Fulfillment is largely automated; human support may be limited to email inquiries.
4. Use of content
Itinerary content is for your personal trip planning. You may not resell, scrape, or systematically redistribute our content. Information (hours, prices, conditions) may change; you should verify critical details before traveling.

We provide planning suggestions based on curated data and automation. We do not guarantee availability, safety, or satisfaction at any third-party location. Travel involves risk; you are responsible for your own decisions, compliance with local laws, and travel insurance if desired.

Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes or card fees may apply per your payment provider. Payment processing may be handled by a third party (e.g. Stripe).
7. Refunds
