What you are buying

TailorMyTripMexico sells digital itinerary and planning content. Once delivery or access has been provided (or generation has substantially completed), the product cannot be “returned” like a physical item.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at the email below. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.
